Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of the delivery date. The product must meet the following conditions to be eligible for a return:

  • The product is unused and in the original packaging.
  • All original tags and labels are intact.
  • The item is free from any damage or stains.
  • Return requests must include proof of purchase (e.g., order number).

Note: Some items, such as perishable goods, custom products, and items on clearance, are non-returnable.

Exchange Policy

Need a different size or color? You can request an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the product meets these conditions:

  • The item is in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • If your requested product is unavailable, we will offer store credit or a refund.

We will process your exchange as soon as the original item is returned and inspected.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was defective.
  • If the refund is delayed, please contact your bank or credit card provider for more details.
